The work process in the hospital laundry is very closely related to ergonomic risk factors because it is related to lifting, transporting, and pulling linen activities, most of which are still done manually. How to work, work equipment and work environment that is not ergonomic can cause Muscle and Skeletal Disorders Due to Work (GOTRAK). The physical work environment in the laundry unit of the USU Hospital is still not in accordance with government standards through PMK/No. 7/2019 for that it is necessary to improve the design of the physical environment with a participatory approach that aims to reduce Muscle and Skeletal Disorders Due to Work (GOTRAK). The results of the study were in the form of a work facility design proposal in the form of a dirty linen trolley with hydraulics and an intervention from the organization which was expected to have an impact on reducing GOTRAK.en_US
