Cities have limited land to be used in agriculture, with this limited land
urban residents must find alternative solutions for farming activities. One solution
to the above problem is agricultural robots. Agricultural robots are a combination
of technology and agriculture that work together to form a unified system. In this
study, Ardunino Mega 2560 was used as a microcontroller with a web base as a
monitor, controller and image capture in plant cultivation. In this study, the
authors used a stepper motor to drive the system, a camera for taking pictures and
for monitoring using the parameters of soil moisture, soil pH levels in plants and
npk levels in the soil which were monitored real-time on the web. Users can adjust
the position of plants based on the x and y coordinates on the web and can register
plant types and schedule a list of tasks given to agricultural robots. Scheduling
control uses a rule-based system which uses queuing rules in tasks.
