Lecturers ' performance is considered good if they conduct lectures according to
lecturing qualified standard in which the lecturers have GBPP (Teaching
Guidance Broad Outline), SAP (Teaching Reference Unit), Syllabus, lecturing
contract, lecturing materials, lecturing media, Mid Term Examination, Final
Examination, and assignments.
The model of fuzzy tahani database is used to manipulate the data of the
level of students' satisfaction toward lecturers' ambiguous performance. The
variables were students ' grades and the result of the questionnaires. Students '
grades and the result of the questionnaires were given linguistically: very bad,
bad, fair, good, and very good The linguistic form was presented by using fuzzy
compilation with shoulder curve and triangle curve. From fuzzy compilation of
the variables of students' grades and the result of the questionnaires, the function
of membership of the two variables were determined. From the two variables, 25
rules which were the output of this fuzzy database were produced. By this fuzzy
database system, information about the success of teaching by lecturers can be
more accurate than that of using standard database model.
