dc.description.abstract | Freshwater ornamental fish farming provides many opportunities for the community because there are many enthusiasts and was one of the interesting hobbies. Butifor the success of such cultivation requires special attention with the right method. Oneiof the factorsaaffecting theabreeding ofasuch fishawas water temperature. To support the productivity of fish farming, water quality wasaone of theafactors inathe success of aquaculture. Temperature, the degree of acidity (pH) of water and the oxygen content inathe water and thealevel of turbidityathe water were one example of indicators for determining water quality. This study had the mainaobjective of increasingathe productivityaof fish farming by applying automatic control technology and the output obtained was that the water quality in the aquarium becomes better and the temperature was stable in realatime. Thearesult of theastudy was a design of a temperature control system and water turbidity in a fish farming pond. The design was made in the form of a prototype with a small pool size. The control circuit was made with the base of the ATMega 8535 microcontroller supported by several additional components such as sensors and pumps. There were 2 controlling quantities, namely temperature and turbidity of water. Testing was carried out by testing the system in stages, namely taking measurements and observing the results whether they we re in accordance with their function or not. | en_US |
