The purpose of this study was conducted to investigate the influence of work life
balance and perceived organizational support on work engagement. There were
233 employees involved in this study are plantation employees PT Perkebunan
Nusantara IV. Data were collected using work engagement scale based on the
theory Schaufeli, Salanova, Gonzales-Roma dan Bakker (2002) , work life
balance scale based on the theory Greenhaus, Colins dan Shaw (2003) and
perceived organizational support scale based on the theory Rhoades dan
Eisenberger (2002). Statistical using multiple regression analysis. The analysis
showed that work life balance and perceived organizational support were
positively effect on work engagement
