dc.description.abstract | Rural poverty is a complex problem and needed seriousness in handling.
Therefore, the government through the Minister of Agriculture making policy by
organizing a program of Bantuan Langsung Masyarakat pengembangan Usaha
Agribisnis Perdesaan (BLM PUAP). Every effort has been made to minimize this
PUAP program so that is considered essential to evaluate the impact of the PUAP
program. The purposes of this research were to analyze the impact of factor
categories of farmers, land area, education, farming experience, age and number
of dependents for rice farmers' income ln Sipare-parc village and to know the
difference of rice farmers' receiver and non receiver BLM PUAP income. The
data used is primary data obtained from direct interviews with farmers and
secondary data from related parties. The method used is multiple linear
regression and the average difference test using SPSS softwore.
The results showed that factor categories of farmers, land area, education,
farming experience, age and number of dependents significantly affected the
income of rice farmers receiver and non-receiver BLM PUAP simultaneously but
Plrtiqlly only category of farmers and land area signticantly affected. So expect
the Government to provide easier access to land using , especially for poor
farmers and the selection process for receiving BLM PUAP not consider formal
education and long farmtng experience. There are difirences income between
rice farmers receiver and non receiver BLM PUAP- The average income of rice
