dc.description.abstract | The Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on all aspects of human life, be it social, economic or governmental impacts, in this case the Tebing Tinggi Food Security and Agriculture Service during the New Normal period. This requires adaptation to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, including in the management of Human Resources. This study aims to determine the management of Human Resources in the period before the Covid-19 pandemic, during the Covid-19 pandemic, and during the new normal period at the Tebing Tinggi Food Security and Agriculture Service. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research, namely research conducted to find out whether there is an influence between existing variables, which then produces data described in written form. This type of research is a field study conducted to obtain primary data through the dissemination of questionnaires on twenty-five respondents who were all sampled, out of a total of sixty populations. The data collection techniques used were observations and questionnaires with employees at the Tebing Tinggi Food Security and Agriculture Service. The results showed that the adaptation of human resource management during the new normal period at the Tebing Tinggi Food Security and Agriculture Service was quite well implemented. | en_US |
