Abstract

Landuse of a parcel land is detemined by elements actors, activity itself and tha location that interact to one another. (W.P Palmel 1979). Such as urban planning states spatial fuction of the city for examples, 'work areas with distribution activity', supporting by transportation system can generate activities then futhermore caused the change in landuse. The aim is leading to the optimaliest landuse and conflicness. Kawasan Pintu Tol Bandar Selamat, Belmera', a district of gate area through Toll Transportation Belmera since the operation of the gate, distribution activity had been grown but refer to the spatial planing, is determined as settlement area. This phenomena heading to the research on contributing each elemens of actor, activty and location to the growth and the effect into landuse.
