This thesis concerned with the use of soy sauce cake as one of the solid waste of say sauce industry as broiler chicken feed. The broiler performance measured are feed consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion. Experimental method is employed in this research. Compleetely Randomized Design is applied for treating about five variations of soy sauce cake in feed formula : 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. Technical of variance analysis statistical use for data analysis. The proximate analysis result shows that soy sauce cake contains crude protein (27,38%), crude fat (31,46%), raw fibre (4,92%), carbohydrate (18, 12%), Calcium (0,55%), Phosphor (0,99%), NaCl (2,76%) and Calory (461, 14 cal/g). The result of this research indicate that the difference uses of soy sauce cake as broiler chicken feed are significance in feed consumption and body weight gain but doesn't show any significant difference in feed conversion. It can be concluded that solid waste of soy sauce industry can be used as one of feed broiler chicken resource and the 5% soy sauce cake in feed broiler chicken is the best formula for best performance.
