dc.description.abstractPT. Jasa Raharja (Limited) Branch North Sumatra assigned to Distribute Jasa Raharja Benefit. The distribution of such compensation, as commisioned by the Act No. 33 of 1964 and Act No. 34 of 1964 Jo. Government Regulation No. 17 of 1965 and Government Regulation No. 18 of 1965 Jo. Regulation of The Minister of Finance No. 36/PMK.010/2008 and No. 37/PMK.010/2008. Road users who get Jasa Raharja Benefit is a victim of a traffic accident on the highway, such as passenger accidents, and accident involving personal vehicles of more than two parties. The entire pre-requisite claims Jasa Raharja Insurance is determined through a Memorandum of Cooperation Agreement between the Police of the Republic of Indonesia, PT. Jasa Raharja (Limited), Hospitals, and Government. To claim Jasa Raharja Insurance for the accident that occured, road users must meet the requirements specified by the Jasa Raharja. Requirements that involve various government agencies, namely: The Police Traffic Unit, Hospital, and The Local Village Officials. Arrange these letters claim requirements Jasa Raharja Insurance, road users complicated by extortion related institutions. Coupled with a single accident caused by pure negligence and due to the infrastructure that is not good/damaged causing road users can not claim a Jasa Raharja Insurance because it is not covered in the statutory provisions. The results showed that: Should the rules on mandatory accident insurance fund passenger and road traffic to enter a single accident caused by bad infrastructure to be borne entirely by the Government through PT. Jasa Raharja (Limited). After the revised, PT. Jasa Raharja (Limited) should simplify administrative completeness as a requirement to file a claim Jasa Raharja Insurance. The trick is to make a one stop service regarding claims handling requirements Jasa Raharja Insurance. Due to the substance of law, legal structure, and inadequate legal culture in terms of enforcement of this insurance. So should every government institutions to improve itself to serve the community rather than serve the public. For example in driving permit, if departed from Government Regulation No. 50 of 2010 is done properly then it is likely there will be no illegal charges made by brokers and certain elements.en_US
