| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the study was to analyze the influence of education,
training, and skill in information technology on the performance of financial
personnel of SKPD (Regional Work Unit) in Te bing Tinggi City Government and
to analyze the capacity of work motivation in strengthening or weakening the
correlation of the level of education, training, and skill in information
technology with the performance of financial personnel of SKP D (Regional
Work Unit) in Tebing Tinggi City Government . The study used causal research
method which was conducted at all SKPD in Tebing Tinggi City Government.
The population was 104 financial personnel in Tebing Tinggi City Government,
and the samples were taken by using census sampling technique. The data were
gathered by using questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple linear
regression analysis. The result of the study showed that education, training, and
skill in information technology had significant influence on the performance of
financial personnel of SKPD in Tebing Tinggi City Government. Work
motivation could moderate the correlation of education, training, and skill in
information technology with the performance of financial personnel of SKPD in
Tebing Tinggi City Government. | en_US |
