dc.description.abstract | The aim of the study was to analyze the influence of the implementation of
e-procurement which include the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, transparent
and healthy competitiveness, transparency, fairness and non-discrimination,
accountability, interoperabillity and data security on the realization of good
governance at Binjai City Government and to analyze the influence of moderation
of probity audit on the correlation of the implementation of e-procurement which
include the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, transparent and healthy
competitiveness, transparency, fairness and non-discrimination, accountability,
interoperabillity and data security on the realization of good governance at Binjai
City Government. The study was a causal research with census method The data
were gathered by using questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple linier
regression analysis and residual test. The result of the study showed that,
simultaneously, efficiency, effectiveness, transparent and healthy competitiveness,
transparency, fairness and non-discrimination, accountability, interoperabillity and
data security had positive and significant influence on good governance at Binjai
City Government. Partially, efficiency, effectiveness, transparent and healthy
competitiveness, transparency, fairness and non-discrimination and accountability
had positive and significant influence on good governance, while interoperabillity
and data security had not influence on good governance. Probity audit could not
moderate the correlation of the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, transparent
and healthy competitiveness, transparency, fairness and non-discrimination,
accountability, interoperabillity and data security with good governance. | en_US |
