Faktor- Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Return Saham Perusahaan Pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioners, Audit Committee, and Financial Value Added on Stock Retun of Mining Companies in BEI (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The research used multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The result of the research showed that Corporate Social Responsibility, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioners, Audit Committee, and Financial Value Added simultaneopusly had significant influence on Stock Return in mining companies. Partially, Institutional Ownership, and Financial Value Added had significant influence on Stock Return. The result of linear analysis showed that Institutional Ownership had significant influence on Stock Return in mining companies through Financial Value Added.
