dc.description.abstractEackground ln patients with intussusceptlon, the bourel would get worse if the surgery was not performed as soon as possible and therefore increased the risk of infection which can lengthen the duration of hospital stay. Method We retrospectively analyzed 27 patients with intussusception who were 14 years old or younger to demonstrate whether the length from clinical onset to the timing of surgery is strongly correlated with duration of hospital stay -osult There is no significant correlation between the length from clinical onset to the timing of surgery with duration of hospital stay in our analysis of 27 patients. Conclusion There is no significant correlation between the length of time from clinical onset to operation with hospital stayen_US
