dc.description.abstract | This research examines the preservation of the Aek Sipaulak Hosa cultural site as a tourist destination in Dairi District, Silahisabung District, Silalahi Village I. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to preserve the Aek Sipaulak Hosa cultural site as a tourist destination in Dairi District, Silahisabung District, Silalahi Village, which was carried out by the government and the community. The research method was carried out by means of library research by reading and studying scientific books as well as field research by observing directly and also conducting interviews. The results of the study show that the efforts made by the government to preserve the Aek Sipaulak Hosa Cultural Site have not been able to have a more positive impact on tourism development. The results of this study are (a) The government has not made maximum efforts to preserve the Aek Sipaulak Hosa cultural site. Efforts that have been made by the government, namely providing assistance in the form of funds twice by the District Government to repair the road to the Aek Sipaulak Hosa cultural site. (b) The preservation of the Aek Sipaulak Hosa Cultural Site as a historical tourist attraction based on its function for the convenience of visitors to the tourist attraction has not been carried out properly because there are still many tourist facilities that are not yet available at the location of this historical tourist spot such as providing information services about the history of the Aek Sipaulak Hosa cultural site. | en_US |
