To analyze the correlation between women's working operation with age, education, status of marriage, amount of family and family income. The data employed in this research are primary data and secondary data

Correlation and double regression are the tools to analyze data and use SPSS 16

software to process data.

Result Hour of woman's working operation in Medan. The independent variables which are variable of age and variable of education can influence on the dependent variable significantly. And the others independent variables which are status of marriage. amount of family and family income not influence on the dependent variable which is hour's of woman's working operation significantly
