dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this research is to analyze factors which influence demand for labor outsourcing of industry sector in North Sumatera especially for low level skill labor. Variables observed by this research are investment, wage dispersion and demand for labor outsourcing last year. This research use econometric model that derived from maximization of cost function constrain to minimization of production function. Estimation use time series data from 1993 until 2004. The result shows that all variables positively influence demand for lanor outsourcing This result also shows that wage dispersion is the most influence vanable in increasing on demand for low level skill labor outsourcing during that time.en_US
