In general. The need of public and stakeholder at Regional Office I Type A Directorate General of Customs and Excise, especially relating with services aspect, control aspect, and quality of integrity of staffs. The problem of this research is how the influence of administrative activity and facility of register services on the importir's satisfaction. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of administrative activity and fasility of register services on the importir's satisfaction at Regional Office I Directorate General of Customs and Excise Medan
This research examines used marketing of services theory related with quality and customers satisfaction. The method applied in this research is descriptive quantitative
approach with case study that supported by survey method, and descriptive explanatory characteristic. Number of samples with simple random sampling method, 190 importir at Regional Office I Type A Directorate General of Customs and Excise Data were collected by using a questionaire, interview, and observation, the examined variable was measured by likert scale. Analysis method in this research is multiple linier regression, f test analysis for simultaneous and t test analysis for partial on the reliability rate of
95% a-0,05 Descriptive analysis yields on average the value of administrative activity and facility of register services at the Regional Office I Directorate General of Customs and Excise Medan is very good. This research shows that there is a significant correlation between both administrative activity and facility of services and importir's satisfaction. Based on this research is known that the influence of administrative activity and facility of services is unbalance. The factor, that more influence is facility of services (66.10%) than the administrative activity (12%)
