The performance of the tax revenue at KPP Madya Medan (Medan Medium Tax Office) for the last five years is not satisfactory yet due in part to the employee perfomenace affected by flexitime, physical work environment, and job satisfaction The objective of this research is to analyze effects of flexitime and physical work environment on employee satisfaction and its impacts on the employee performance. The population comprises 120 employees of KPP Madya Medan The data analysis is made by applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) wing Application of SmartPLS 4.0. The research findings demonstrate that: (1) Flexitime has positive and significant effectson job satisfaction po. (2) Physical work environment has positive and significant effects on job satisfaction. (3) Flexitime has positive and insignificant effects on employee performance, (4) Physical work environment has positive and insignificant effects on employee performance, (5) Satisfaction has positive and significant effects on employee performance. (6) Flexitime has positive and insignificant effects on employee performance by means of job satisfaction, and (7) Physical work environment has positive and insignificant effects on performance using job satisfaction at KPP Madya Medan.
