dc.description.abstractTechnological developments have caused changes in the pattern of working in offices without exception, including Employment BPJS of Medan City Branch, which has decreased since the last 3 years. The decline in employee performance is exacerbated by the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic which causes employees to have to word from home so that it has an determine and analyse effects od work-life balance and perceived organizational support on the performance of employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Medan City Branch mediated by affective commitment. This is quantitative research. The population are 50 employees of BPJS Employment Medan City Branch with 50 respondents are the samples taken by saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method employs SEM with SmartPLS. The results show that work-life balance, perceived organizational support and affective commitment have direct and significant effects on the performance of the employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in Medan Kota Branch. Employee performance is most influenced by work-life balance, while affective commitment is most influenced by perceived organizational support.en_US
