Cadika Park is one of the parks or Green Open Spaces (RTH) in the city of
Medan which is located on Jalan Karya Wisata, Pangkalan Masyhur Village,
Medan Johor District. At the end of 2019 and early 2020 the world was shocked
by the emergence of the Corona Virus or Covid-19, one of which was in
Indonesia. This study aims to analyze visitor perceptions of the management,
services, and facilities of Cadika Park during the Covid-19 pandemic. This data
collection is in the form of primary data and secondary data. The data analysis
used in this research is descriptive quantitative based on the quality value on the
Likert scale. The results showed that the perception of visitors from every aspect
regarding management, services, and facilities during the covid-19 pandemic was
in the "Good" category. In the management aspect, it has a percentage of 73.2%,
which means that the value is in the good/agree category. In the service aspect, it
has a percentage of 85%, which means that the value falls into the very good
category or strongly agrees. While in the facility aspect, it has a percentage of
76.4% which means that the value is in the good/agree category and in terms of
the covid-19 pandemic aspect it has a total percentage of 74.8% which means the
value is in the good/agree category.
