Mangroves are ecosystems distributes between land and sea, and under the right conditions, it forms huge and productive forests. Avicennia marina is a type of mangrove tree that is very adaptable to a wide latitude range which is closely related to its flexible growth pattern. Mesocosms is an environment that is made to resemble the real nature, so that plants can adaptation well. This technique is considered one of the most promising techniques for studying marine ecosystems. Window of Opportunity (WoO) is a stochastic event where external coercion is temporarily reduced or absent. In a modeling approach based on Window of Opportunity (WoO), External time series are analyzed for disturbance-free periods Window of Opportunity (WoO) long enough to permit vegetation establishment under limited disturbance conditions. This study aimed to analyze a comparison of the growth of Avicennia marina seedlings in this experiment using 10% and 30% salinity and W (Waves) and NW (No Waves) treatments. In this study the growth of Avicennia marina seedlings showed growth with 10% salinity better than 30% salinity, this proves that tides, salinity, and waves affect the growth of Avicennia marina seedlin based on data the probability value of salinity 10% 3 WoO 0.37, and the probability value of salinity 30% 3 WoO 0.18.
