Isolasi dan Identifikasi Fungi Selulolitik di Bawah Tegakan Kemenyan (Styrax Sumatrana) Asal Desa Pandumaan, Kecamatan Pollung, Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan

Abstract

This study aims to calculate the population of cellulolytic fungi and identify the type of cellulolytic fungi under the stands of Kemenyan toba (Styrax sumatrana) from Pandumaan Village, Pollung District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Soil samples are taken from the soil under the stands of Kemenyan Toba at a depth of 0-20 cm using an earthen drill. Chemical analysis of the soil is carried out in PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan North Sumatra and Isolation and Identification of Cellulolytic Fungi were carried out at the Soil Biology Laboratory, Agroecotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The isolation results obtained 21 (twenty one) isolates belonging to 2 (two) genera. The results showed that 20 (twenty) isolates belonged to the genus Aspergillus and 1 (one) isolate belonged to the genus Trichoderma.
