dc.description.abstract | Bioethanol is a bioefuel from lignocellulosic biomass fermentation with
microbes or bacteria. Indonesia the need for fuel oil is very high so that still
importing and depletion of the availability of petroleum. To overcome this, its
necessary to establishe a bioethanol from bagasse for demand of fuel oil in
Indonesia.
This factory is designed with a production capacity of 52.00 tons/year and
operates for 330 days a year. The business entity form of this factory is planned as
a Limited Liability Company (PT) and a workforce of 187 people.
The results of the pre-designed economic analysis of the factory for making
bioethanol from bagasse are as follows:
Total Invesment Capital = Rp. 1.061.014.380.176,-
Total Production Cost = Rp. 823.768.148.879,-
Sales Proceeds = Rp. 1.133.052.783.104,-
Net Profit = Rp. 204.646.785,741
Profit Margin = 25,80%
Break Event Point = 31,34%
Return on Invesment = 19,28%
Pay Out Time = 5 tahun 2 bulan
Return on Network = 32,15 %
Internal Rate of Return = 41,84 %
Based on the results of the economic analysis, it can be concluded that the
