dc.description.abstractThe preliminary plant design for making Antiseptic Liquid Soap with mixed oil of coconut oil, palm oil and castor oil and NaOH with replineshment pineapple fruit extract production capacity of 38,000 tons / year and operates for 330 days in one year. The amount of coconut oil and palm oil required to reach the annual production capacity is 560.2969 kg/hour and the required castor oil is 280.1485 kg/hour. The special task that was completed was the detailed engineering design of the Continous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR). Reactors that have been designed have the following specifications: a. Reactor volume of 2.44 m3 b. Residence time of 45 minutes c. Construction material Carbon Steel SA 283 Grade C d. Thick Shell Reactor 1,375 inch e. Thickness Head Reactor 1,375 inch The factory location is planned in Sungai Pakning, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia with a development land area of 18,461,347 m2. The form of business entity planned is a Limited Liability Company (PT) with the form of line and staff organization and a workstaff of 177 people. The results of the analysis of the pre-design economic aspects of the factory are:  Total Investment Capital = Rp. 23.618.358.448.225,90  Total Production Costs = Rp. 23.666.476.207.018,00  Total Sales Results = Rp. 27.930.155.017.866,40  Total Net Profit = Rp. 2.613.563.504.758,35  Profit Margin (PM) = 9,36%  Break Even Point (BEP) = 39,041%  Return on Invesment (ROI) = 11%  Pay Out Time (POT) = 9 year  Return on Network (RON) = 55%  Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 47,24% From the results of the analysis of economic aspects, it can be concluded that the design of the Antiseptic Liquid Soap Plant from a mixture of coconut oil with palm oil as well as castor oil and NaOH with the addition of pineapple fruit extract "Ananas Comosus" with a capacity of 38,000 tons / year is currently feasible to be established.en_US
