dc.description.abstract | Transformational leadership is the method leaders use to influence their subordinates to want to work collaboratively and productively to achieve organizational goals. Leaders must be able to communicate, build team trust, and make decisions quickly. Telenursing is one of the most advanced information and communication technology systems in the healthcare field and can be used to provide nursing services and care remotely, including diagnosis, treatment, disease and injury prevention, research and consultation, and health education. This practice for senior aims to determine the effects of transformational leadership on telenursing. The survey was conducted among all nursing staff in the inpatient unit of USU Hospital in Mahogany. The measurement tools used are questionnaires containing indicators of Transformational Leadership and Telenursing.
