Analisa Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Efektivitas Penggunaan Terminal Faekhu (Studi Kasus Terminal Faekhu Kota Gunungsitoli)

Abstract

The bus terminal is an infrastructure for road transportation in order to regulate the arrival and departure of public transportation bases and loading or unloading passengers or goods. The bus terminal is a form of public service provided by the government to the community, therefore the use of the bus terminal must be effective. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of the use of Faekhu Terminal (a case study of Faekhu Terminal in Gunungsitoli City) which include government policies, facilities, government accessibility and government convenience. This study uses a type of quantitative research using a sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation using primary data sources and secondary data. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis tests. The results showed that government policy had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of using Faekhu Terminal (case study of Faekhu Terminal in Gunungsitoli City), facilities had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of using Faekhu Terminal (case study of Faekhu Terminal in Gunungsitoli City), accessibility had no positive effect on effectiveness the use of the Faekhu Terminal (a case study of the Faekhu Terminal in Gunungsitoli City) and the convenience of the have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the use of the Faekhu Terminal (a case study of the Faekhu Terminal in Gunungsitoli City).
