Urinary incontinence is a serious health problem which is very vulnerable to the elderly caused by urinary disorder that can cause post-partum infection especially in old women. The research uses observational analytic method with case-control design. It also uses retrospective approach in order to find out how far the factors of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, parity, childbirth method. history of gynecological operation, menopause. Body Mass Index (BMI), and education could influence urinary incontinence in the case and control groups in old women in Medan The result of statistic test was at p-value 0.05 which indicates that there is not any effects of the increase in body weight on the urinary incontinence at OR-value 4.375 (C/ 95% 1,320-14.504), in the variable of blood sugar content, p-value=0.05 which indicates that blood pressure has some effects on the incidence of urinary incontinence at OR-value 4250 (C 95% 0,507-9,9937, in the variable of the history of childbirth p-value-0.05 which indicates that there childbirth method has effects on the incidence of urinary incontinence at OR-value - 4.250 (CT 95% 0.507-9993), in the variable of parity, p-value->0.05 which indicates that parity has effects on the incidence of urinary incontinence, in the variable of the length of menopause on the incidence of urinary incontinence, in the variable of the history of hysterectomy operation, p-value-<0.05 which indicates that there hysterectomy operation has effects on the incidence of urinary incontinence at OR-value= 2,740 (C1 95% 0,252-2,175), in the variable of the history of gynecological operation p-value >0.05 which indicates that there of gynecological operation has effects on the incidence of urinary incontinence
