Patients who undergo hemodialysis therapy throughout their lives are at risk of experiencing mental health problems and psychological problems such as depression, fear and hopelessness. The Covid-19 pandemic has also caused many problems including mental health problems in every individual, including patients undergoing hemodialysis and especially those who have been infected with Covid 19. This research aims to explore in-depth the mental health of hemodialysis patients who have been infected with Covid-19. The research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Methods of data collection are in-depth interviews and field note data. The data are analysed using the Colaizzi analysis method. There are 4 themes obtained in this resarch, namely patient psychological responses, changes in social relationships, support needed during treatment and efforts to adapt to changes experienced during treatment. Based on the research results, the participants experience psychological problems and social relations, however, they make an effort to adapt to all changes and are assisted by the support obtained by the participants, therefore, it is hoped that family, relatives, medical workers and the environment around the participants pay more attention to mental health in the hemodialysis patients who have been infected with covid-19.en_US
