Patient safety is vital in the provision of quality service Nurses play a role in achieving service goal, providing quality health service, and make coordination with other nurses in a team particularly during Covid-19 pandemic Cavid 19 pandemic has revamped the service system to keep patients safe and comfortable. The rescerch aimed at examining mrses experience in conducting patient safety while handling Cavid-19 patients in hospitals. This qualitative research used a descriptive phenomenological approach with 10 participants taken as the sample by employing purposive sampling technine Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed by using Colai's analytical approach. The research found out six themes, namely, applying patient safety goals nurses' perceptions of performing patient safety in the Covid-19 room, challenges of implementing patient safety when dealing with Covid-19 patients, efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing patient safety motivation in implementing patient safety while dealing with Cavid-19 patients, and expectations for patient safety while dealing with Cavid-19 patients. The mursing care for patient safety when they treat Covid-19 patient has met the hospital operating standards, and patient safety practices are found to be different from before and after Covid-19 pandemic. The nurses maintain patient safety goals, face challenges in implementing them, and try to overcome the obstacles encountered. It is suggested that the nurses also have motivation to improve the service quality and patient safety.
