dc.description.abstractGovernment Internal Control System (SPIP), is the Internal Conirol System as a whole is held in the Central Government and Local Governments. Application of SPIP in Government Agencies, is expected to create a better management of the organization, which in turn can result in an optimal performance. SPIP in the Ministry of Health, implemented by the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 238/ SK / Menkes / IV / 2009 on the implementation of the Government Internal Control System in the Ministry of Health. In SPIP mapping carried out by the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Health team in 2012, the result of the weakness in the application of SPIP on General Hospital Haji Adam Malik Medan. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Internal Control Systems of Government in an Integrated Inpatient A (RINDU - 4) General Hospital Haji Adam Malik Medan. Qualitative research with descriptive analysis. Informants in this study is the Deputy Head of the Installation, Supervisors, Head Nurses Room and As Many as four people, taken by purposive sampling technique. The data obtained by observation, interviews using questionnaires, documentation and data triangulation. The results showed that in general in the Government Internal Control System Installation Integrated Inpatient 4, has been implemented, but is not optimal because of the lack of socialization, training, data entry into the computer is not realtime, the number of nurses is not proportional to the number of beds and reporting lines of the door yet (integrated). Suggested to Installing A Integrated Inpatient and Management General Hospital Haji Adam Malik Medan to: 1) carry out socialization and training relating to the internal control system, 2) to supervise the implementation of service activities, 3) make proposals to the hospital for additional sources Human, 4) providing services in accordance with the amount of income, 5) provide limited funding for the operation of the installation, 6) adjusting the scheduling of nurses with a number of beds, 7) implement the integrated administration and reporting.en_US
