Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Karyawan PT Lotte Shopping Wholesale Indonesia Medan (The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation Toward Employee Commitment PT Lotte Shopping Wholesale Indonesia Medan)

Abstract

Employee commitment is often seen to correlate the two components that have an influence on job satisfaction and motivation. Employees who felt he had fulfilled all the requirements and wishes both job satisfaction and motivation to work automatically with a full awareness of the increasing commitment within him. The purpose of this study was to prove the impact of job satisfaction and motivation in PT Lotte Shopping Wholesale Indonesia Medan. The study involved 120 employees in the office of PT Lotte Shopping Wholesale Indonesia Medan. Data were collected using a scale of job satisfaction, motivation and scale of the scale of employee commitment. Data analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the computer program. The coefficient of determination of job satisfaction and motivation of the organization contributed 28-2% to the commitment of employees. These results indicate that job satisfaction and motivation become a predictor of employee commitment. The implication of this research is expected that companies can increase employee commitment through an increase in the factors that affect job satisfaction and motivation
