dc.description.abstractHappiness at work usually seen as having correlated two components: judgments of life satisfaction and affect balance, or hiving a preponderance of positive feelings and relatively few or rare negative feelings. Employees who are happy can improving productivity of the company and will give the best for their job. Aims of this study are to examine the impact of job satisfaction and perceived organizational support in PT POS Indonesia Pekan baru. This study involved 95 employees Indonesia Pekanbaru offices- Data were collected by using the scale of job satisfaction, scale of perceived organizational support and the scale of happiness at work Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction and perceived organizational support increased the happiness at work of employees The determination coefficient of job satisfaction and perceived organizational support contributed 16.1% to happiness at work of employees. Implications of this study that management are expected to increase happiness at work through improving the factors which influence job satisfaction, and perceived organizational supporten_US
