Dampak Pembangunan Pelindung Pantai Kota Banda Aceh terhadap Pengembangan Wilayah di Kota Banda Aceh Pasca Tsunami 2004

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to analyze the impact of the construction of coastal protection against the development of the city of Banda Aceh with the indicator pattern space, land uses and incomes, and to analyze public perceptions of the development of coastal protection Banda Aceh. The research method is descriptive survey. Data obtained from respondents as many as 90 people through a questionnaire. The method of data analysis is done through different test average, descriptive analysis, and overlay maps to determine changes in land use patterns and the space around Turkish Banda Aceh. The results showed that the construction of coastal protection positive impact on the development of infrastructure in the city of Banda Aceh. Besides the impact of the construction of coastal protection is the change in residential areas around the coast becomes more organized and shifting public pond area from the housing area. Construction of coastal protection positive impact on public revenues, with an increase of Rp. 2,155,556, - (133.65%) (without inflation) while taking into account the inflation decline in revenue of Rp. 98 630 (5.20%) of the conditions prior to the construction of coastal protection. Perception Banda Aceh coastal communities is positive, it means that people agree and support the coastal protection.
