Employee performance is the result of work that has been achieved by an employee or group of people according to the responsibilities and authorities given to him. Several factors that affect employee performance are job satisfaction and motivation. This research was conducted by Bank Sumut KCP Sei Rampah. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of job satisfaction and motivation on the performance of Bank Sumut KCP Sei Rampah employees. This research is a quantitative research using primary data in the form of questionnaires from interviews with employees. The sample of this research is the employees of Bank Sumut KCP Sei Rampah. Partially, the results of this study indicate that there is a significant no effect between job satisfaction on performance and between work motivation on performance. Simultaneously, the results of this study indicate the influence of job satisfaction and motivation together on employee performance.
