The learning motivation conditions evident in students, relating to their adjustment when they are in the campus environment and involvement in the activities of the campus organization. Students are often avoid the activities of the campus organization on the grounds of difficulty adapting to academic activities and fearing poor academic results. However, the opposite conditions was found in the students of FITK UINSU Medan. Students who are involved in a campus organization have been found to be well-adjusted, and this can be a trigger for maintaining or improving their motivational conditions for study. So, this provides the basis for research to learn more about the influence given by the campus organization activity and self-adjustment to the learning motivation of students in FITK UINSU Medan. This research has a population of 754 students and the sample used is 254 students. Data were collected using the scales, namely the learning motivation scale, self-adjustment scale and student organization activity scale. Then the data collected were analyzed with partial and multiple regression using SPSS software. The results showed that there is a significant influence between organizational activities and self-adjustment on student learning motivation.
