B is a deadly disease that attacks the lungs so that the patient's health deteriorates. Co-infection with COVID-19 and TB can double the risk of death if the patient does not adhere with treatment. This research aims to explore adherence to treatment of TB patients infected with COVID-19. This is a qualitative research type with a phenomenological approach. Data collection methods are in-depth interviews using field notes. There are 8 participants in this research who are selected by purposive sampling. The data are analysed using data analysis from Colaizzi. The research produces 6 themes, namely psychological disorders during treatment, coping mechanisms used to achieve healing, trying to live a healthy lifestyle in order to achieve a successful treatment, support needed during undergoing treatment, spiritual enhancement in undergoing treatment, and obstacles that arise in the treatment process. The research results show that the participants tried to adapt in undergoing TB and COVID-19 treatment adherence even though the participants experienced psychological obstacles and disturbances. This research is expected to increase knowledge and quality of TB and COVID-19 services.en_US
