Pembuatan dan Karakterisasi Beton dengan Campuran Abu Sekam Padi dan Serat Daun Nanas terhadap Sifat Fisis dan Mekanik Pada Beton
Abstract
Research on the manufacture of construction concrete based on rice husk ash and pineapple leaf fiber by the method of cast in situ. The concrete made in this study had several variations, namely 0%, 2,5%, 5%, and 7,5% with the addition of rice husk ash and pineapple leaf fiber as the cement reduction materials. This research was conducted with a comparison of concrete quality mixture materials K-225, namely cement : sand : crushed stone 3/4 was 1 : 2 : 3, and rice husk ash and pineapple leaf fiber enough. The parameters tested include physical tests (density, porosity, and water absorption), mechanical tests flexible strength and compressive strength) using the Universal Testing Machine and Material Testing Equipment as well as microstructure and elemental content tests using the SEM-EDX. From the research results, the results of the density test was 2,510 × 103 kg/m³ - 2,451 × 103 kg/m3, the porosity test was 7,64% - 5,73%, and the water absorption was 0,296% - 0,243%, and the compressive strength test was 23,66 MPa – 16,45 MPa, and the flexural strength was 33,3 MPa – 25,3 MPa. Based on the morphological analysis, there was a structure of rice husk ash and pineapple leaf fiber in the concrete. The concrete produced in this study had pores and based on the results of the EDX analysis, element C (carbon) had the highest percentage.
