Simple Healthy Instant House (RISHA) is a residential building construction
technology with precast modular components with a knock down system.
Based on the structural endurance test certificate, RISHA has structural
resistance to earthquake loads up to six zoning with reference to SNI 03-1726-
2002. This makes it possible to update the analysis with the latest SNI and
apply it to 3-story buildings. This study aims to analyze the mass
participation and natural vibration time of the structure based on ETABS and
manual calculations, analyze the durability of the superstructure, convert
column dimensions from RISHA profiles to ETABS, analyze the strength of
the column and beam structures and the strength of the joints used. From the
results of the mass participation analysis according to SNI 1726; 2019 it still
meets the requirements, namely above 90%. For the basic shear force about
the X and Y axes of 190.39 kN. The structural resistance of beams and
columns refers to SNI 2847 2019 and SNI 7833;2019. The drifts between
floors that occur due to earthquake loads have met the requirements because
their value is smaller than the allowable drifts between floors. The resistance
of the structural joints between RISHA panels has an ultimate compressive
strength and ultimate shear strength which is smaller than the required
compressive strength and nominal shear strength of RISHA panels. Thus the
connection meets the requirements of SNI 1729; 2020.
