Research has been done on the Effect of Rheological Properties on Modified Asphalt and Liquid Natural Rubber (LNR) with Acrylic using Triton X-114 Emulsifier. This study aims to determine the rheological properties of a mixture of 60/70 and (LNR) titrated asphalt with emulsifier, Triton X-114, phenylhydrazine/O2. Where the first step is the LNR synthesis process using a concentrated latex dilution process with Triton X-114 material and then carried out with oxidative degradation using phenylhydrazine/O2 at 60 °C for 12 hours which is then characterized by molecular weight analysis of the Ostwald Viscometer. The molecular weight of the resulting LNR was 11.12 × 102 by analysis of the Ostwald Viscometer which was completely soluble with toluene as solvent. The second stage is the asphalt-rubber modification process made with 60/70 titrated asphalt with the addition of (LNR) with a variation of 80:20 ; 60:40 ; 40:60 ; 20:80 which was then characterized with a Brookfield viscometer to obtain the optimum variation of asphalt-rubber at a temperature of 135 °C, namely a variation of 60:40, then the softening point test was carried out on modified asphalt and the most optimal results were obtained on 60:40 modified asphalt which was 58 °C. And testing the rheological properties with a Dynamic Share Rheometer (DSR) tool. For the measurement of rutting strength and crack resistance in modified asphalt. Where the modified asphalt is found to be resistant to rutting up to a temperature of 82°C, and the modified asphalt is more resistant to cracking than the 60/70 penetration blank asphalt. The results obtained are in accordance with AASHTO T 13.en_US
