Research is called ''analysis of policy placement, rotation and
performance government officials with the secretariat of the area of a city
padangsidempuan" The purpose of this research is to find placement, rotation,
and pe,formance employees in the secretariat of the area of a city
padangsidimpuan.Research methodology used is research qualitative where
researchers trying to memehami problems of the fact of reality that is dilokasi
research.Informants in this research there are three, key informants, informants
main, and informants additional. Technique data collection by in-depth interviews,
observation and observation, study documentation and literature. Technique data
analysis with the methods qualitative analysis, the data analysis conducted with
the road describe, delineating and gives a deep the state of being actual in the
field The results of the study or is( 1) activities placement employees in function
human resources, started after secretariat padangsidimpuan city government
implementing activities withdrawal and selection by human resources agency the
area of a city padangsidimpuan.Factors that affects placement of staff at the
sektariat the area of a city padangsdimpuan is: education, skills, and experience;
