Analisis Peran Kelurahan dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pelayanan pada Masyarakat (Studi pada Pemerintahan Kelurahan di Kecamatan Medan Polonia)

Abstract

This study entitled "The analysis of the role of urban village in supporting the performance of services to people a study of urban village government in on the governance of the subdistricts of Medan Polonia". As mandated in the constitution of the republic of indonesia 1945 , local governments have the authority to regulate and takes his on affairs of government according to the principle of autonomy pembantuan.pemberian and duties of the broad autonomy to the regions directed to speed up the realization of welfare through the increase in the community , service , empowerment and the participation of society. The research method used is descritive research method The purpose of research is to find out How the role of the village support the performance of the service to the public in district Medan Polonia and to find out what factors made the Neighborhood is very important in supporting the Ministry in the community in district Medan Polonia. The methods used in this study is a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach that emphasizes at process intended to researchers and research process not stuck on thinking teoritik framework of being rigid and spatially streotipik, with eight people informants. the research results obtained in the field of urban village sub-district polonia pelaksanaaan has strategic role in public services in each urban village .The form of these services are: 1. Administrative services ( correspondence and licensing); 2 .Health services; 3. Cleaning services and maintenance); 4. Service in security and order problems, and; 5 .Social welfare in handling of poverty and social assistance.
