At this time the business world is experiencing very rapid growth, the era of globalization has also led to increasingly fierce competition in the business world. One of the organizations designed to find the right business model and generate rapid growth is Startup. Environmental changes have an impact on the high level of competition in running a business which makes the organization in a dynamic environment. Thus, in order to face change, high competition intensity, and dynamic environment, companies must have agilitas organisasi, especially start-ups, and to achieve an agile organization, they must have influential leaders. This study aims to see how transformational leadership influences organizational agility in start-up companies in Medan City. The results of this study were obtained from two scales, namely the transformational leadership scale and the organizational agility scale which had 100 respondents from several start-up companies. The results of the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis showed that the significance value obtained was 0.004
<0.05, which means the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. So the hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely that there is an effect of transformational leadership on organizationa agility in start-up companies in Medan City, where the stronger the influence of transformastonal leadership, the better organizational agility in the company.
