High school students in the age range of 15-18 years are in their teens. Adolescence is the right time to prepare for a career in the future. Career choices in adolescents are closely related to career maturity. To fulfill career developmental tasks related to attitudes, knowledge and skills, adolescents must develop a positive self-concept. The research subjects used were 257 students of the Penggerak High School in Medan City. The measuring instrument used in this study is the self-concept scale based on the theory of Calhoun & Acocella (1995) and the career maturity scale which is based on the Super theory (in Hamzah, 2019). This research uses quantitative research with a survey method. The data analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression analysis through SPSS for windows 25.0 version. The results of the simple linear regression test show a significance value of 0.000 (Sig. <0.05), meaning that there is a positive role between self-concept and career maturity of SMA Penggerak students in Medan City.en_US
