The objective or the study is to find that provision or credit with Micro Businessmen Group will be profitable so that the interest of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat to provide Micro Businessmen Group with credit in North Sumatera is increased. To review how and how far the influence of both credit provided by PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat and Regional Development is reflected in utility and use or Natural Resources, Facility and lnfrastructure and Location of Business of the Micro Businessmen Group Members for improvement of their income. According to the both hypothesis and research model submitted, after having carried out a test through a multiple regression calculation and a statistical t-test showed that the results are significantly differ. For each of increase in 10% of credit in caterisparibus resulted in the increased income of 1,16%. Every adjustment or business locations from non strategic areas to strategic ones would result in the increased income of 36.7%. It was so with the decrease in 10% raw material and transportation costs in caterisparibus would increase in the individual income as much of 7.5% and 5.1 %, respectively. The R2 value of 91 % means the varying income may be explained by the model and the counted value F of 85,67 also showed that the entire model in significant level or 99% may refers to the varying income. ln use of multiple linear regression, the individual independent variables will be effective and efficient as an estimator because of the Best Linear Unbiased Estimator when the Ordinary Least Square and the other several assumptions are met. The several assumptions are met. The Assumptions include; there were no Multicolinearity, Autocorellation and Heteroscedastisity. The statistical tests of Fi, Durbin Watson and Spearman's correlation rank in 95% was significant. It means the model submitted may be received and there were no Multicollinearity, Autocorellation and Heteroscedastisity. By the economical approach mentioned the above the results indicated that the provision or the Micro Businessmen Group Credit would be proritable to every of the members. Furthermore, the more profit would be received when the Micro Businessmen Group Members may reduce the both raw material and transportation costs in addition to make affords in the adjustment of marketing location of the products in to more strategically locations. The decrease in raw material cost may he performanced by utilizing local raw material. lt is, of course in relatively cheaper than that of the same quality and quantity resulted from the out of location. Whereas the decrease in transportation cost may be done by utilizing the transportation facility and infrastructure available in more quality. In this case, adjustment of both use and utilization of local raw material, transportation facility and infrastructure in a better manner in addition to the more locations arc all the reflection of regional development. In the other word, the both credit and regional development have a large influence on the improvement or Micro Businessmen Group Membership lncome.en_US
