Analisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Mandor pada Proyek Konstruksi (Studi Kasus: Proyek Pembangunan Panti Rehabilitasi pada Dinas Sosial Tahap II-Kota Medan)
Abstract
The construction industry is a sector that is experiencing rapid progress and construction market is already happening across multinational, global construction market have increasingly high quality demands on construction resources that play an important role in construction development. The need for a foreman on a project also experiences development with the presence of a free market, which has the potential to be part of construction work in Indonesiawill be supervised by more professional foreign workers. So therefore,Building construction projects in Medan City are also under construction requires the services of a good foreman, so that in its implementation expected to produce buildings in accordance with the plan on time, right quality and right cost, do research on Influence of Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Job Training on Increasing the Productivity of the Foreman in the Rehabilitation Center Construction Project At the Medan Tuntungan Phase II Social Service. This research uses primary data source obtained from the results of the questionnaire obtained from the foreman contained in the project. Data were analyzed with quantitative descriptive method. Data processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). Based on the analysis carried out, the conclusion is obtained, namely Work Discipline influence on the Foreman's Productivity because it has a significant value of 0.002, <0.05%, while Leadership, Job Training partially does not affect the increase in productivity.
