Interaction between teachers and students is built through technological media in the form of e-learning applications such as zoom, whatsapp, google classroom, and youtube. During the online classroom at Unggul Sakti High School Jambi City, it did not meet the criteria of the social system itself because it did not produce interaction and mutual relationships in it. Faced with this, teachers are trying to do social mimicry, namely re-imitating the atmosphere of face-to-face learning into online learning. But this cannot be implemented properly, it is proven that there are some things that cannot be mimicry by teachers from Unggul Sakti High School Jambi City, such as adjusting learning time, not being able to apply face-to-face learning to online learning, and not building social dynamics in the classroom. As a result, it has an impact on reducing student learning outcomes, reducing student activity in the classroom, and causing dilemmas for teachers in the teaching and learning process. In between the implementation of learning at Unggul Sakti High School Jambi City, there are several roles of teachers who are replaced by parents such as facilitators, motivators, and supervisors during learning. The teacher holds the role of a leader in the classroom. Seek to deal with these problems with a variety of learning methods, build active interaction with students using social media, and control students through question and answer methods. | en_US |
