dc.description.abstract | The objective of the researchwas to analyze and to obtain proof of the influence
of organizational culture, work involvement, orgonizational commitment, work
satisfaction, work mottvation, role clarity, and the role of leadership on the
performance of the treasurer of BOS (School Operational AiA -funds for the Public
Elementary Schools at Binjai, The populationwas all treqsurers of BOSfundsfur the
Public Elementary Schools at Binjai, and all of them were used as the samples, taken
by using saturated sampling technique or a swney method. The data were analltzed
by multiple linear regression onalysis, and the lrypothesis was tested by using factor
analysis and classic assumption test in order to see whether regression model was
appropriate to test the hypothesis. The result of the research showed that
organizational culture, work itwolvement, organizational commitment, work
satisfaction, work motivation role clarity, and the role of leadership stmultaneously
had significant inlluerrce on the performance of the treasurers of BOS funds for the
Public Elementary Schools at Binjai. It also sltawed that, partiolly, organizational
culture, work irntolvement, cnd the role of leadership had significant influence on the
performance of the treasurers of BOS funds for the Public Elementary Schools at
Binjai, while the variables of organizational commitment, work satisfaction, work
motivation, and role clarity did not have any significant infiuence on the performance
of the treasurers of BOSfundsfor the Public Elementory Schools at Biniai. | en_US |
