Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Pengusaha Industri Kecil di Daerah Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara

Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyze some factors which influenced the income of small business people in Padang Lawas Utara Regency with the deperulent variables of Work Capital, Manpower, the Length of Service, Education, and Capital Aid. Some of these variables also had significant influence on the income of small business people in Padang Lawas Utara Regency. The research used Ordinary Least Square method The source of data came from primary and secondary data. Primary· data were gathered by distributing questionnaires to 84 respondents as the samples. Secondary data were obtained from ihe Central Bureau of Statistics of Padang Law as Utara Regency. The result of the research showed that the factors were free from classical assumption. All independent variables simultaneously had significant influence on the income of small business people fn Padang Lawas [ltara Regency, bi:t the w1rfabf r, of Capital Aid had insignificant influence on small business people which indicated that it did n.ot generate much the variable of income of small business people, based on the total value of elasticity of all variables below I (0.63 < 1) so that the function of income was categorized as the condition of decreasing return to scale.
