dc.description.abstractHappiness is a positive feeling felt by individuals which is characterized by feelings of pleasure, comfort and satisfaction, focusing only on the activities carried out. Happiness is important for students to be able to live a good college life. Unhappy students will be more easily stressed, lazy to think about solving lecture problems, and decreased intellectual quality. One of the activities that can be done to increase individual happiness is by self-disclosure. This study used a simple linear regression analysis method, with 260 participants were Psychology students at the University of North Sumatra during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of self-disclosure on student happiness during the covid-19 pandemic with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and an effect of 3,6%.en_US
